Sometimes I find myself getting caught up in capturing the realism of a tree, landscape, or floral piece - then feel the need to do something completely “free.” That’s what happened with this piece. It was fun and relaxing to simply play with colors, textures and movement where there really wasn’t a “right or wrong” to it. I hope that you enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
