My husband and I recently stopped by an antique thrift shop and found a fun assortment of old windows waiting to be reclaimed. This wooden frame took a lot of clean up, sanding , and nourishing but the process uncovered its beauty. Since there was no glass, and the fact that I had just completed a leaded window, I decided to continue to hone my leading skills and go with leaded glass inserts. The color palette was inspired by a recent commission piece I had just finished, and the sunburst design sprang from a piece I observed on-line. Enjoy!
